No one should ever waste ganache. Ganache makes the best chocolate truffles that you can then add any flavour too. Great for an after dinner treat!
Ingredients:
- 1 recipe of Chocolate Ganache
- Selection of toppings; cocoa, coconut, slivered almonds, raspberry powder, chopped walnuts,
Method:
Refrigerate ganache and when set hard roll into round balls then roll in toppings. Serve immediately or place back into fridge until needed.
